Its always the church crowd that are the assholes.

  2. West-Vacation8190

gosh. you’d think that girl’d be grateful for minimum wage job and would overlook the extra half hour of unpaid time thatd result from op’s decision to not get a slice at the piggly wiggly

  3. AmateurGIFEnthusiast

    This is rage bait, right?

No one is THAT entitled… right? Right?

  4. jasenzero1

My shithead landlord went on vacation to Mexico. When he got back i asked him how it was. He complained he mostly ate Mexican food the whole time, specifically tacos. He commented “how hard could it be to make tacos?”. This motherfucker eats microwave waffles like the girl from stranger things and has the audacity to complain about going to another country and assuming their food is lazy? People are fucking stupid.

  5. SheLikesSoup-

What an entitled POS. Does she go to Walmart after they close and tap on the door to be let in? I doubt it. People treat restaurant staff as if they are less than, and quite frankly its disgusting.

  6. Loveroffinerthings

I’d like to think this isn’t real, but I’d be lying if I haven’t encountered these entitled types throughout my years “on gods green earth”. Usually though it’s the ones that come in at 8:58 when closing was at 9 demanding we turn the grill back on. We also would get door dash orders like this with lots of modifiers one minute before closing, like, no sorry, go to 7/11. Kitchens closed, floors are mopped, drawer is counted, closing inventory was done and the place was dead from 7-8:59, you had time.

She could’ve tried the place in my town that dumps bleach on the pizza they throw out “so the homeless don’t dig through the dumpster for it”(actual quote from one of the assistant managers a couple years ago)

  8. TravelerMSY

Tell me you don’t know how restaurants work.

  9. Peterepeatmicpete

We use to eat really well in the 80s going to get the big bag in the dumpster. They did it on purpose that way, so we could bring it to a party.

To the cashier that opened the door while counting money. That is not safe you could get robbed.

To the pearl clutching church lady that has never in life. You are a sad creature on earth and need to listen more and talk less. Rules for thee at a pizza joint says a lot about you.

I had a peanut butter sandwich once at work and got written up, and a 3 day suspension, because of shit cunts like you.

  10. Brewmentationator

I used to work at a local pizza place and tap house.

One Monday, we had done like $300 of revenue total, so we turned off our oven and closed down a bit early. At 8:57 (we closed at 9:00) some dude comes in demanding 3 large single topping pizzas. We told him we had closed a bit early due to reasons.

The dude flew off the handle, screaming that he was going to call the cops. He claimed that because Google said we closed at 9:00, we were legally obligated to serve him. We all told him to fuck off. He then threatens to fight us and knock our shit in. One of our cooks says, “alright, let me get changed, and I’ll meet you outside in 2 minutes.” The dude walked outside, and our cook immediately locked the doors.

The dude flew off the handle again, so we showed him through the window that we were calling the cops, and he peeled out of there screaming how him and his friends would never be back.

God, I wish I would have been working there that evening instead of that girl.

  12. Hoooves

It’s always right after church that they appear.

  13. prettyokaycake

If it’s just dough, sauce and cheese and so easy to make why the fuck are you not doing it yourself?

  14. queen_surly

The employee who told her to dig it out of the dumpster because she was trash is a goddess.

Before I crossed over from serving to cooking I was waiting on a 20 top around 2pm on a Sunday. This guy who would come in, order a porterhouse Philly style, WELL DONE, cover it with Heinz 57, then take one bite and tell you your kitchen doesn’t know anything about steak, was dining on this fine day.

He got his usual Porterhouse but he got a lobster tail to go with it. When I brought it out to him, smiling and attempting to try to earn everything I could considering gratuity wasn’t applied and this took up my whole section, it was apparently unsatisfactory.

He told me “what is this? You don’t have any bigger lobster tails back there?”

To which I responded “I’m sorry I don’t know how big the lobster tails in the back are I didn’t go out and catch them with the guys this morning” I said it as a joke trying to lighten the tension….. didn’t work.

He scoffed loudly enough for the whole table to look at me. He pointed his steak knife at me menacingly and said “don’t you ever disrespect me like that again do you understand me”

It was such an obvious joke and I’d waited on him plenty of times before I assumed he understood I was going to go to the kitchen and see if we could help him out but I was so shocked and immediately pissed that a grown man thought he could point a knife at me that I muttered something about going to see if I could find a bigger one.

He said “yeah you better that’s your tip right there.”

I walked back to the kitchen, walked straight to the manager that day and said this jackass wants a bigger lobster tail and if I have to take it to him I’m going to have to beat his ass in front of his family. I then stood in the cooler for a few minutes and punched frozen fries until I was seeing stars.

A few friends helped me out finishing the table out. I think the total of the check for the church-goers was around $500. They gave me $3.

Yes, people are absolutely this entitled.

  17. gottagrablunch

Maybe if she spent less time in church she’d have gotten pizza?

  18. After a church meeting is all I had to read.

  19. GlassCharacter179

So you are telling me I can get free pizza that is still warm in the back? 5 stars

  20. sprocketous

That never happened, but fun story.

Us little skeezer employees weren’t ever that quippy

  21. DaddyDoLittle

There’s no hate like Christian love.

  22. Terriblarious

I hate to admit that I’ve grown a bias against churchgoers coming into restaurants i work at.

The post church sunday brunch folks were always the nastiest, cheapest, rudest , and most demanding little fuckers of any customer that would walk thru our door.

This 1 star review from a karen at a post church meeting just seems par for the course haha

Hats off to the sassy clerk <3

  23. Medium-Avocado-8181

I love how they causally mentioned they were stopping by after a church meeting as if that has any relevance other thank trying to make themselves out to be a good, godly person 😒

  24. Minervas-Madness

She needed to be spoken to that way much sooner in life. So tired of this “your job is to serve me no matter what” mentality. I mostly see it among the older generation, so hopefully it’s dying a slow death?

Unfortunately that person could very well have been fired for the heinous crime of not putting up with customer abuse.

  25. SchmeckleHoarder

In 65 years of her life. She never thought maybe I should call ahead? Instead of gunning it to the store before they close. I wouldn’t even of answered the door.

Just point to the store hours.

  26. Ambitious-Ad2217

Going out on a limb and saying this lady has been treated with this kind of disrespect before.

  27. Charlie2and4

Faux rage at a picture with words. I don’t know what is more hopeless, writing a review for cardboard pizza, or having a church meeting on Sunday Night, or me reading about it…. Jabroni was getting lit watching football and forgot to eat.

  28. braskyhs

Best one of these I had was when I was managing a froyo store. We were going to be shutting down the store for a week for a remodel and were closing early that day (at 6:00 instead of 9:00) to move equipment for the remodel. Lady comes to the store at 5:58, reads the sign outside explaining the situation, looks at her watch, and walks off, even though I was standing behind the counter ready to serve her. I foolishly think to myself “I guess she didn’t want to be rude by coming in last minute”, and I start closing the store and moving furniture around for the remodel. 15 minutes later she’s back knocking on the door with a bag of chipotle in her hand. Somehow she thought AFTER reading that sign and checking what time it was that it would be better to grab her chipotle meal first and then comeback to pick up her froyo. Never underestimate how dumb a customer can be

  29. Superb-Guitar1513

“Tell me you’ve never worked in a restaurant, without telling me you’ve never worked in a restaurant”

Take your 65yr old ass out of my fucking sightline!!!

  30. Charming-Bad1869

Unfortunately, since Little Caesar’s is corporate, there’s a pretty good chance the cashier will get in trouble.

  31. michael1265

Some people have never worked food service, and it shows. As a teenager who has worked all day and is finished closing and cleaning, it’s time to head out with friends. Fuck the boomer Karen.

  32. Upbeat_Main_7141

I’m gonna be flat out honest: the customer is usually wrong.

  33. deviemelody

I think it would help most restaurants to have it explicitly stated on their website/door/menu that “last order is X minute before closing time”, if they want to do that.

  34. Chezoso

Sunday’s, mother’s Day, Valentine’s days were ALWAYS the worst days in F&B. We’re not your help we’re people that deserve respect.

  35. guiltypanacea

I’m used to people lying about burning someone else with a cutting comment. Much more rare to see the opposite

  36. milksasquatch

I hope no one ever serves this lady a pizza, again. Pizza shops should put her face up at the entrance so that she knows she’s not welcome.

  37. Legal_Ad9637

If this really happened then the customer is lying by saying they were ‘totally polite’. You don’t show up after hours if you’re totally polite.

  38. Imaginary_Roach_0525

I understand Little Caesar They are corporate business. They have contract. Staff need to close certain time. She should have said we are closed leave it at that. Her saying If you’re gonna act like trash. you can go dig in the trash out back. I will fire that woman. No person like that is working in my restaurant. There is staff who have went down rough time. they got back due to job. They should not be discriminate by person like that woman. Extra food we do not sell at restaurant They should go to people who are struggling life situation.
